| Opportunity for an enthusiastic and flexible person to handle an established design company's accounts with general office administration duties and providing support to the marketing team. Excellent typing skills, a good telephone manner and suitable qualifications or proven experience essential.
Responsibilities to include;
- Day to day administration and running of general office duties.
- Preparation of quotations, proposals and correspondence.
- Experience in using accountancy software, VAT, payroll, sales and purchase ledger.
- Experience of monthly management accounts and profit and loss accounts would be an advantage.

Salary and working hours negotiable. full or part time position.
