Office Administration /Accounts Person

Opportunity for an enthusiastic and flexible person to handle an established design company's accounts with general office administration duties and providing support to the marketing team. Excellent typing skills, a good telephone manner and suitable qualifications or proven experience essential.

Responsibilities to include;

  • Day to day administration and running of general office duties.
  • Preparation of quotations, proposals and correspondence.
  • Experience in using accountancy software, VAT, payroll, sales and purchase ledger.
  • Experience of monthly management accounts and profit and loss accounts would be an advantage.

We operate a non smoking policy.

Salary and working hours negotiable. full or part time position.
